NOMS

Hello~!!! WHEW! We are alive and kicking in our townie! Just trying to get through school, haha XD

Anyway, we have been slowly getting into the spirit of cooking adventures here at Chez KO. A week ago, we made a pizza using the pizza crust mix from Winco! The pizza crust mix is cheap and easy, but very doughy. This pizza came out too doughy, so next time we are going to split up the dough for a thinner crust. The toppings were salami, cheese, and canadian bacon! Yum! :D It was very tasty and I look forward to making another pizza soon! I just bought some more mix yesterday, hehe~

Also, Kaitlynn made cinnamon buns last week and they were yummy~~ They were from a can, and not too sweet which was really pleasant.

We are trying to stay healthy and eat balanced meals! Today I am planning to make some carnitas pork and it will take me all afternoon! Yeah!! :D It's nice to have cooking adventures, gives me something to do so I don't go crazy missing my love~

Going to Japan!!!!!

New Adventures!

Well, school is done and my family has me under their claws!!!!

Actually, not really, since I am flying to Japan in three days.

THREE DAYS.

GAH.

Anyway, I have been constantly busy since returning to my hometown. So many people to see, so many errands to run. It's been really fun though. The busy-ness keeps me from thinking too much about Andrew (my wonderful boyfriend) and Stockton. Sigh. I miss Andrew so much.

Today is another big and hopefully fun day. My sister is getting ready for senior ball at her friends' high school so I am helping out with preparations. My grandmother is taking us out to Japanese food for lunch to celebrate my return and my leaving! XD

And.....I will probably have to start packing for Japan....and cleaning.....and looking through boxes and bags.

Yikes. Here we go~! :)

Last three days before the end of sophmore year!! and TWO more finals to go =( but then SUMMER!! YAY for no more dorms and no more UC food!! We're gonna have a kitchen and its gonna be awesome!! SCORE ONE for keto and Opy!
